  2. Cancelled bookings are generally non-refundable.
  3. Rescheduling may be offered one time at our discretion, subject to date availability.
  4. Urgent or priority fees, if charged, are non-refundable.
  5. If cancellation is initiated from our side due to unavoidable reasons, an alternate date will be provided.
