- No refund is provided for no-shows, late joins, or unavailability from the client side.
- If a session is interrupted or cannot be delivered due to provider-side issues, a reschedule will be offered.
- If duplicate payments happen because of a technical issue, please contact support with transaction details for verification.
- Approved duplicate-payment refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment source as per payment gateway timelines.
